Hi,
The Society for the History of Natural History (SHNH) is based in
London, but they do have a North American rep/coordinator....I think
she's (Leslie?) with the Smithsonian (I have her card somewhere around
here having just met her at a conference in Philadelphia). Individual
memberships are $60.00 US. The other group that is sometimes confused
with this association is The Society for the Preservation of Natural
History Collections which IS based in the USA but has an international
following.
