[NHCOLL-L:2526] RE: Benchmarking info on Wet Collections Facilities

In preparing for a SPNHC presentation, I am trying to collect some information on what other institutions (my client is the Smithsonian NMNH) have spent on recent on recent building projects for wet collections.  
 
While we are doing a new building, even information on a major interior fit-out would be useful.  So, if you could provide a brief description of the project scope (for instance:  interior fit out of x,xxx sf of existing space with all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems) along with the special features including shelving type, special safety equipment and the cost for the work and completion date, it could help others who attend the session know how to budget their projects in the future.
