Colleagues,

The Department of Malacology at the Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia has another set of museum cabinets for sale as part of its three-year rehousing project. These are sturdy double-door steel cabinets with a plywood and galvanized steel interior chassis that carries between 56 and 68 shallow drawers in two bays. The drawers are of white pine and Masonite construction. Cabinet dimensions are 44 inches wide, 29 inches deep and 87 inches high. The cabinets have suited locks (one key operates all of them).
Previous satisfied purchasers of these cabinets include the University of Queensland, Australia, and the New Mexico Museum of Natural History.
There are currently 25 cabinets available for shipment. Please contact me for images, pricing and further details.
