[NHCOLL-L:3173] source for polyethylene stoppers

Greetings, I'm looking for a source for open-ended 
polyethylene stoppers that fit shell vials (6 and 8 dram; 
22-25 mm diameter). The vials can be purchased with 
appropriate sized stoppers from sources like VWR or 
Kimble-Kontas but the stoppers apparently are not sold 
separately. I would appreciate any leads you can offer.
