[NHCOLL-L:2974] RE: Township, range, section

Hello:

I think I may have asked this question here before, but can someone
explain if there is a way to convernt township, range, section data into
coordinates?  I know there is a site that can be used for certain
western states, but none of my specimens are from any of those states.
