Do you understand what your organization's key performance indicators are and how to measure them? Can your organization effectively articulate, define, and measure performance and plan for change and success?  Are you feeling lost in a world where performance counts?

To meet the current and emerging reporting needs of boards, sponsors, and granting agencies organizations often need to implement a comprehensive performance program that explores a broad range of organizational and operational performance indicators. To learn more about the tools and techniques your colleagues in the museum and heritage sector and other not-for-profit and business sectors are using and how you can apply your own measurement program to your own small or large organization, we invite you to join the Cultural Resource Management Program at the University of Victoria for an exciting six-day learning opportunity called Measuring Performance from March 12-17, 2007
