BIODIVERSITY INFORMATICS APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER

The Tulane University Museum of Natural History is seeking a qualified
individual for a minimum two year position as a Biodiversity Informatics
Applications Developer. The position will support ongoing research
developing informatics tools for geospatially referencing natural
history collection data and facilitating use of these data via the
Internet. Minimum qualifications include: Bachelors degree in biology,
geography, museum studies, computer science or software engineering;
experience with biodiversity informatics; experience with Geographical
Information System (GIS) technology; experience with software
development; knowledge of Java, .Net, php and SQL Server;   Ability to
communicate in a highly effective and professional manner.  Send resume
