[NHCOLL-L:4687] Dangerous goods in excepted quantities label

Today our customs blocked a specimens shipping to US for the second
time...

The first time because I forgot to put on the package the dangerous
goods in excepted quantities labels, the second time because the labels
were too old!! I used the type present on the very good article written
by A.C. Bentley on Collection Forum (22 (1-2) 2007), but Fedex let us
know that we have to use the label showed in figure 27B on the new IATA
Dangerous Goods Regulations 51th edition. 
 
Does anyone know where could I find an image of the right label, without
buy the IATA manual? Or please, could anyone send it to me?
