Attention CAP Applicants:
Important News about the 2012 CAP Application!


Now in its twenty-second year, the Conservation Assessment Program (CAP) has always strived to provide CAP program materials that are straightforward, accessible, and easy to use.

The 2012 CAP application will be available in four different formats:

•    an online form, which features a user account and online submission;
•    a PDF fill-in document that can be printed and mailed in;
•    a Microsoft Word fill-in document that can be printed and mailed in;
•    a paper application booklet.

All of the electronic formats of the application will be available on October 3, 2011 at www.heritagepreservation.org/CAP. You will receive an email notification on October 3 about the availability of the electronic formats of the application. If you would like to receive the notice at another email address, contact us at cap at heritagepreservation.org.  

If you would prefer to receive a paper application, and you would like to ensure that Heritage Preservation has the correct mailing address on file for your museum, please call the CAP staff at 202-233-0800 or email cap at heritagepreservation.org.
