POSITION OPENING:  Assistant Director for Exhibits  (Exhibit/Display Manager)

Full-time, 12 months, with benefits

The Assistant Director for Exhibits (ADE) is responsible for all aspects of exhibition management at the University of Michigan Exhibit Museum of Natural History, a medium-sized university museum with approximately 22,000 sq ft of gallery space and annual visitation of 100,000+.   Under the direction of the Museum Director, the ADE collaborates with the Museum's exhibits and education staff, University of Michigan faculty, other experts and students to plan, develop, evaluate, manage, and maintain exhibits in natural history, environmental science, anthropology, and related fields, with a particular emphasis on University of Michigan research.
