[NHCOLL-L:6000] Call for help forecasting the future of natural history museums

Dear SPNHC peeps,

I will be leading a day-long workshop on forecasting at the SPNHC meeting in New Haven on June 16. I've just put up a blog post on the Center for the Future of Museums' blog:

Asking for help compiling some ideas that will shape the content of the workshop. The workshop, in turn, will generate material that SPNHC and CFM will share to help with planning at your museums/collections.

It's a fun assignment: I'd like you to suggest current trends and potential future events that could shape the future of natural history museums. Please do read the post and contribute your thoughts in the comments section.
