Hi Ellen - Thanks for the reply. The COSE is a blanket authorization for
import/export of CITES specimens, and at the time of application, there may
be no plans to import/export species regulated under these other Acts. So
would we answer "No" at the time of applying for COSE renewal, with the
realization that we would need to apply for a separate permit if necessary
to cover marine mammals, T&E species, etc.?
