[Nhcoll-l] Dead plants

Help! I know somewhere I have the info on importing dead plant material 
into the U.S. - I've answered this question at least twice for 
ornithologists - but for the life of me I can't find it and I've gone in 
circles on the APHIS website and in the regs.

Does anyone have it handy?
