Hi all

I am posting the attached document on behalf of a third party who wishes to remain anonymous but it is intimately familiar with the situation, has been involved in evaluating options and having seen the outcome of negotiations, wishes to share their views with the community.

This is a useful primer for those who are beginning to become involved in the process NPS has begun and wishes to know more.
