Hello all,

I thought you may all be interested in NatSCA's new publication, Notes &
Comments, which provides a digital format article that can be easily
printed out for those of you who prefer reading hard copy. This suits
articles that are too long for comfortable reading on the blog and which
may not be well suited to the journal.

The first of these Notes & Comments is by Geoffrey Hall and is titled *The
