[Nhcoll-l] Field event labels

Does anyone have a paper that they like to use for field event labels.  These would be the paper label that goes into a field jar (formalin or ethanol) on which the collecting event or site data are written.

I want to have a pre-printed label that can be filled out in pencil in the field and dropped into collecting jars.

Laser printing onto Resistall is difficult.  Are there any other papers that could work for this?
