SPNHC has a journal called Collection Forum that would be the perfect venue for such a paper - http://www.spnhc.org/20

Hello all,

This question reveals my ignorance, but can anyone recommend a general natural history museum publication - i.e. one that is not wedded to a particular institution? We have a student here who has written a beautiful report on the use and curation of bird nests, which we would be nice to try to publish. However, I'm not quite sure what the best venue would be. Our own museum/collections do not have any associated journal to start with. Any suggestions would be welcome!

Cheers,

Tonya
