[Nhcoll-l] Shipping specimens with USPS

Could someone with experience shipping museum specimens via the Post Office and deep knowledge of USPS regulations please get in touch with me. I'm having some difficulty convincing our shipping office that we can mail specimens vis USPS, and would like to chat with someone who knows USPS regulations in detail.
