[Nhcoll-l] Contracting Opportunity: EMu record creation and upload services

Dear Colleagues,

The Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History is seeking an independent contractor to provide EMu record creation and upload services to the Department of Entomology and the Smithsonian Institution Barcode Network (SIBN). The attached pdf contains the Request for Quotes (RFQ), Statement of Work (SOW) and relevant attachments. Here you will find more details on the scope of work, expected deliverables, what to include in the quote package, and how to submit it for consideration. The work must be completed by December 31, 2023, and there will not be an option to extend.

Responses are due by 8am EDT on Thursday, December 15th, 2022. All applicants should register as a federal contractor in the System for Award Management (SAM) concurrently to responding to the RFQ.
