I recommend:
*intrinsic 100% cotton left 16/4 twist glace tex 105*
The last time I got it was from:
Coats American Inc
  1-704-329-5800   I think they're in Charlotte, NC

  But, you might have to call around. Also try Komar Thread in Chicago.
