I am looking for information about H-1B Visa sponsorship for a colleague with an MA in Museum Studies.

For example, do your institutions offer employment to individuals on these types of visas? Can anyone provide tips on negotiating through the employment process when requiring this type of sponsorship? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
