[Nhcoll-l] internships and assessment

We recently established a museum internship for undergrads (i.e., a course)
at our university-based NHC. A student would typically work for 3 hours per
week at the museum, per credit enrolled. The course has proven to be more
popular than expected(!), and we're now refining our rubric and clarifying
our expectations. I wonder if anyone on the list has a similar document
they'd be willing to share. Do you offer internships at your museums?
