Hello NHColl,
      In 2022 we emailed the list to see if anyone had any good
recommendations for ultra low freezer alarm systems. We have an ancient
telephone-only Rees, and we are considering upgrading since their current
product offers both wifi-ethernet and a telephone-based backup. We got some
responses, but it seemed that few museums were really thrilled with their
alarm systems.
   A couple of questions for the list.
1. Can anyone recommend a freezer alarm system with  a great reputation
that has both wifi *and* telephone alerting? Our building wifi is spotty,
and our building internet is not on emergency power, so we would not be
able to monitor our freezers via internet if the power went out.

2. Does anyone have a freezer alarm system, internet or other, where the
customer support is excellent?
