[Nhcoll-l] [ECN-L] USFWS 3-177 - deregulation?

Yes, if we can get anything useful out of this government, then some deregulatory measures would be the most likely. It would be great if many of us could submit a 3-177 deregulation idea - if you agree that it should be deregulated or improved for scientific, non-commercial specimens.

Perhaps now is the time to remove or at least improve the USFWS 3-177 process.
