[Nhcoll-l] [ECN-L] USFWS 3-177 - deregulation?

Mike Ivie talked about National Park Specimens and I outlined a game plan
last year. I suspect no one followed up on it. I would but I’m engaged in
several other projects no one is interested in and didn’t have time. (I did
email some people but never heard back).
If we actually knew what we were talking about, it would help. Again, I
would suggest that we all agree, we are scientists, not lawyers. We need to
consult a professional and not pretend we know what we are talking about.
Concerning USFWS 3-177, we need to proceed cautiously. Our view is dead
invertebrates. What about tigers?
If we suggested anything, it would probably be best to state NON-CITES
INVERTEBRATES often.
See how I'm pretending that I know something?
We need to consult a professional!
Cheers,
Mike
