Important!
Thermo-printer for collection labels meens thermal transfer printer!
Thermal-transfer printing is done by melting wax on a carbon ribbon by
the print heads and print it on the paper. 
This is a good and permanent method. You can use standard paper,
archival paper, or even synthetic paper, card or textile materials

Don't confuse this with classic thermal printing (or direct thermal
printing), like that used for supermarket receipts or fax machines.
This method is a bad idea for collections. The prints only last a short
time.

If I understand that for a thermal printer you need a special thermal
paper.
 
Is this paper archival style and how long printed label survive.
 
I have some thermal print receipt  from shops but in few montgs latter
is impossible to read the print.....
