I received the email below via the Museum Collections Care listserv:

Hi all!

My name is Jenna Benzing and I am a current Museum Studies graduate student
at the University of Kansas. My master's thesis is project-based and
focuses on the care of biological collections (preserved plants, animals,
and fossils, as well as any of their parts used in clothing, art, or for
other purposes). My goal is to develop a guide to help make existing
biological collections care knowledge more accessible to the broader museum
community, including history museums and historic houses.

If any of you or someone at your museum would be willing to fill out a
brief 5 minute survey about your organization's biological collection to
help me determine the form and content of this guide, I would greatly
appreciate it! I would also be happy to share my guide with this group once
it is completed. Thank you!
