Respectfully, the thing you are doing wrong is asking AI in the first
place. Perhaps one day there will be an AI technology that can reliably
answer niche technical and scientific questions, but that day is not yet
here: the current generation of generative AI tools are simply not up to
the task, even though it seems simple, and useless results like you
experienced are completely normal and expected. (Frankly, ascribing
"intelligence" to these tools is an insult to the intelligence of their
users.) For now, the best way to get a helpful, trustworthy answer to a
question like yours is still to take the old-fashioned approach and delve
into the scientific literature or consult a taxonomist.

It’s not entirely clear from your message whether you are interested in
learning the difference between *Celibe* and *Cillibus* or whether you know
the difference and are testing the AI, but in case of the former, the
