You'll find Adrian's, Sue's and a related Verne Harris pieces are
electronically accessible on mybestdocs.com in the Guest Authors section. Although
I don't believe he uses the term pre-custodial, Terry Cook (also in the
same location, electronically), in his "What is Past is Prologue: A History of
Archival Ideas Since 1898, and the Future Paradigm Shift" speaks to
personal archives including their cusstodial aspects, and I wouldn't be surprise
in other papers as well.
