[Personal_archives] SISPA AGM

Hello members of SISPA,

I am writing to encourage you to attend the SISPA AGM at the upcoming ACA conference which will take place at 1-3pm on Wednesday, June 1st in the Seymour Room at the Delta Chelsea.

The agenda will shape up something like this:

1) lntro
2) SISPA promotion, SISPA bibliography
3) SISPA listserv dialogues
4) suggestions for SISPA future events
5) roundtable of issues on the SISPA "radar"

If you have any additional business to add to the agenda, please let myself or Heather Dean know.  The SISPA Annual report is attached here so that you can see developments of the past year.

Lastly, there are a number of sessions at the upcoming conference which will interest members of SISPA, including:

2b. Pimp my finding aid</confprog/3> (gotta love that title....)
and

10a. An Update on Archival Arrangement Practices for Personal Archives</confprog/33>

Considering his earlier writings on description and approaches to personal archives, Geoffrey Yeo would also be a speaker to watch in this session:
