[Personal_archives] FW: SISPA minutes

Good afternoon,

Hope everyone is enjoying August.  I'm sure those of you at universities are gearing up for September.

You'll find attached the minutes from the SISPA meeting that took place in Winnipeg at the June ACA conference.   Looks like there was a good discussion and there are a lot of new ideas in play so please step up if any one of them grabs your attention.  Also, I'd like to thank Heather Home for chairing and Sarah Romkey for acting as secretary for the meeting: the success of the discussion is evidence that they did a great job.    I'm sorry to have missed it.

Do look for the Archivaria special issue on Personal Archives when it comes out.  The guest editors (Rodney, Carolyn, Rob and myself) hope it stimulates a lot of thought and discussion in many quarters.
