[SAC-FAST] History as form subdivision

Like Stephen, I have noticed the issue of larger entities in geographic 
headings. Record 821, for example, had the LCSH "Svalbard (Norway) $x 
History" which became in FAST:

651 Svalbard
655 History

That is, the "Norway" seems to have disappeared. This would clearly 
affect the results for anyone searching for Norway though the specific 
heading Svalbard would be available.

Eric's message indicated many discussions about specific headings ... 
which invites the question: are the FAST headings on the sample records 
machine created?

about "the effect of controlled vocabulary on keyword searching
