[SAC-FAST] FAST assignment results - Shelby

Attached are the results of my attempt to follow through on the assignment.

When the keywords were retained as a phrase, whether going through FAST 
or through authorities to the bib records, I generally got the same 
results.
When the keywords were pulled from different headings, the numbers differ.
In the cases where FAST gave less records, there were some records that 
hadn't generated a FAST heading.
