[SAC-FAST] assign FAST headings to complex concepts (fwd)

Hi Arlene.

I tried to take care of this exercise yesterday, but the OCLC authority 
file was inaccessible (maybe too many people trying to get in at once?). I 
see it's back up now. If I get the results to you today, would you still be 
able to use them? I realize the deadline is past.
