[SAC-FAST] form hdgs in Ed's files?

Hop-skipping through some of the title examples in Ed's datasets, I noticed that form subdivisions that appear in the LCSH are disappearing from the FAST headings. Some Bible --Commentaries and --Introductions are gone (p. 32-33 of titles file). It made me think about how one might apply FAST from scratch. For "Jon Courson's application commentary : New Testament" being done anew in FAST, one might want "Bible. N.T." and I think I'd want a form heading for "Biblical commentaries."

This ALA is likely to have a number of good genre/form discussions and renewed thoughts of moving from form subdivisions to form headings. The spirit of FAST and reliance on post-coordination abounds in my brain at the moment.
