[Tshwanelex-l] Display more info (Subject, Note, etc) in the "Microsoft Word Integration" window?

Hello everyone,

Is there any way to display more info in the little window that pops up
when "Microsoft Word Integration" is active? Currently, the source and
target terms are shown, but I would love to be able to display more info,
such as my Subject and Client fields, and if at all possible, also
clickable URLs.
