[Tshwanelex-l] any way to automatically delete all empty nodes in entries?

Yes, you can do this with Search & Replace Tool (Search across entry as
XML). You have to mark Regular expressions.
Type in the search field:
<(Lang1|Lang2)[^>]+?Term=""[^>]+?></(Lang1|Lang2)>
where Lang1 and Lang2 are languages of your termbase, e.g. (English|German).
Leave Replace field empty and click Replace all.

Optionally you can filter all entries with empty nodes (F5), and choose
additional option Use filters in S&R (this should make replacement faster)
This should work. Remember to backup your work before doing this.
