6. Other/Plugs
Jook Songs
Friday, November 5 & Saturday, Nov 6
Time: 7:30pm
Location: Calhoun Cabaret
Jook Songs is a group of Asian Americans who write and perform real autobiographical pieces from their lives. "MAINTENANCE" is not a theater production or a play, but a night of truth. As a writing group, we push each other to write honestly and without pretense, to dig deeper into all the parts of ourselves that don't get said in the day-to-day. Come to our show for a break, perhaps, from the small talk: Listen to us tell our stories and think about your own.
To rsvp, go to www.jooksongs.com/rsvps
**Come support Quynh Do, who’s directing the show!
