Dear All,

The minutes from our most recent meeting dealing with work of Fanny Howe are
forthcoming.  In the interim, however, I share an invitation from Lanny Hammer
in regards to Susan Howe. Susan will be joining Lanny's Contemporary Poetry
class this Monday the 27th from 1.30-3.20 in LC 319 to discuss her work.  Lanny
has graciously extended an invitation to those who might be interested to join
his class that day.  Those who remember Susan's visit to our group 2 years ago
know this is a terrific opportunity to hear this intense, thoughtful poet
situate her poetics.  It is well worth making time for.
