Dear WGCP members,

Despite the hiatus from our regular gatherings, there are a number of
opportunities to hear from and interact with poets at Yale. Here is one that I
wanted to be sure you saw:

POETRY WORKSHOP WITH CHRISTAN WIMAN, APRIL 27, 2012

Christian Wiman, editor of POETRY magazine and author of three collections of
poems, will conduct a poetry workshop on Friday, April 27, 3-5PM at Yale
Divinity School (Jonathan Edwards dining room). If you would like to submit a
poem to be discussed by Mr. Wiman, please send your submission(s) to
david.mahan at yale.edu. Of the poems submitted, 10 will be selected for the
workshop. Submissions must be received NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, APRIL 6.

You do not have to have a submission accepted to attend the workshop, but as
space is limited you will need to request a seat at the same email address.

Also, please take advantage of the opportunity to hear a poetry reading by
Christian Wiman on Thursday, April 26, 5:15 PM in Marquand Chapel at the
