[Wgcp-whc] Poetry gathering next Thursday

Looking forward to our time together next Thursday, Feb. 25, 6:00 at Laura Manuelidis' home at 585 Ellsworth Ave. in New Haven. Laura has graciously offered to provide refreshments -- finger food and drink -- but feel free to bring something to share. If you can make it we would love to have you. Our time is mainly social/informal, though we may have a visiting poet among us who will share some of his verse with us.

Dear all,

In the absence of our fearless leaders Richard and Nancy we still thought of getting together to read poetry -- each other's? -- and enjoy our company. Longstanding member of the WGCP, Prof. Laura Manuelidis, has graciously offered to open up her home on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25 at 6:00 for a potluck dinner (or we can order pizza), drinks, reading poetry, etc. We also can decide if we would like to have any other gatherings this semester -- perhaps even reading Richard or Nancy's work!

Laura lives at 585 Ellsworth Ave. in New Haven (the Beaver Hills area, not too far out from campus). If you would like to come and are available that evening, please RSVP me directly at david.mahan at yale.edu.
