Dear WTI Committee Members,

I hope this message finds you well. In lieu of our upcoming general meeting, we have decided to come together in an informal gathering to remember and honor our cherished friend and committee member, Sheri Choi.

On November 8th, at 6 pm, we will meet at Luce Hall. We extend an open invitation to all committee members, colleagues, and friends to join us in remembering Sheri and celebrating her contributions to our committee and the wider Yale and WTI communities. Sheri brought joy, friendship, and a unique spirit to our group, and it is only fitting that we come together to celebrate her legacy.

During our gathering, we will also discuss how we can best honor Sheri's memory. We want to find a meaningful and lasting way to pay tribute to the positive energy and enthusiasm she brought to our committee's founding and her involvement in the Yale and WTI communities. Your input and ideas on how to commemorate Sheri's contributions and keep her spirit alive within our group are invaluable. We encourage you to think about what would be a fitting memorial or named event to honor her legacy and continue her positive influence on our work.

This gathering will be an opportunity for us to come together and support each other through this difficult time. Please feel free to reach out if you have any suggestions or ideas ahead of the meeting. We want this memorial to truly reflect the warmth and energy that Sheri shared with us.

We look forward to seeing you on November 8th as we come together to remember Sheri Choi and ensure her memory lives on in the work we do.
