To Yale postdocs and ARS in the neurosciences (any department affiliation),


You are invited to attend a Kavli Postdoc Series event on the Chalk Talk on Wednesday, September 27th, from 12-6 pm, at the Omni Hotel<https://goo.gl/maps/SuDwjAGE82hhjYCx5>. Participants will learn about -and practice- the chalk talk (see flyer attached). Mike Higley will give a short intro on what to do and not to do during a chalk talk, and Aaron Kuan, new Assistant Professor in the Department of Neuroscience, will do a chalk talk demo.


Postdocs/ARS: you are invited to both attend the event and practice your chalk talk. The registration link includes an option to indicate if you wish to present or not. If you don’t present, you can attend your peers’ presentations.
