Friendly reminder to graduate students and postdocs at Yale,


The Wu Tsai Institute welcomes trainees interested in attending the Society for Neuroscience 2023 annual conference in Washington, D.C., this November 11-15, to apply for the Wu Tsai Travel Award<https://yalesurvey.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_cAz8hXdjbpK21dY>.


Recipients will receive a $250 honorarium.


The application is open to Yale graduate students, postbacs, or postdocs who want to represent their Yale experiences and interact with visitors at the Institute’s booth in the exhibitor hall.


As part of the fellowship, recipients agree to the following:



  1.  Participate in a one-hour pre-conference orientation via Zoom.



  1.  Spend two (2) two-hour shifts at the WTI booth. During this time, you will be expected to talk to visitors about your experiences at Yale and about our programs and community.

3.   Recipients will be responsible for registering attendees into the conference database, handing out swag as instructed, and helping with booth set-up or take-down as needed.
