The Yale Program to Advance Training in Health and Sciences<https://medicine.yale.edu/dice/engagement/pathway-programs/paths/> (PATHS) is recruiting graduate and medical students<https://yalesurvey.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_d1poQ2hmDqawvQy> to help evaluate applicants and select a new class of PATHS Scholars!

PATHS is a 10-month program that provides undergraduate students or recent graduates across the US with a transformative learning experience to support their goal of applying for and earning an MD, MD/PhD, or PhD in the biomedical sciences. Students are connected with a Yale student mentor and provided access to critical online conversations, trainings, information, role models, mentors, tools, and resources specifically tailored to their future advanced degree track. Over the years the program has helped >240 students advance their STEMM career goals.

We would really appreciate the help of WTI graduate students! Reviewers will receive evaluation packages by April 10th and will have a full month to turn in their reviews. We prioritize applicants that come from underrepresented or underserved backgrounds and who demonstrate resolve and commitment to their chosen career path.
