[WTI-trainee] WTI SPC Outreach Subcommittee Interest Form - Brain and Cognition Bootcamp

Hello everyone,

The WTI-SPC<https://wti.yale.edu/initiatives/partnerships> Outreach Subcommittee is looking for trainees who would be interested in collaborating to develop a new initiative aimed at local high school students in the New Haven area.

We are working on a proposal for a "Brain and Cognition Bootcamp" where students will be invited to campus to participate in a series of hands-on demonstrations and academic development sessions over the course of a few days while interacting with and learning from members of the WTI community.

You can contribute by:

1. Helping us determine the structure and format of the event.
2. Proposing what components you believe would be appropriate for our program.
3. Determining what the student application and review process should look like.
4. Reaching out to research groups might be interested in holding rotations.
5. Recruiting volunteers to lead or participate in the different components of the event.
