Dear all,
The latest update from Abberior puts the ETA for the Mirava Polyscope (3D STED + 2D MINFLUX) at the last week of May, about a month delayed from the original estimate.
If you don't want any further delay in using the scope after its installation, you should start getting your sample prep strategy and reagents ready, because successful STED imaging is largely dependent on the choice of fluorophores and labeling protocols. It may be a good time to revisit the video<https://yaleedu-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/g/personal/lin_shao_yale_edu/EVcnz8_mZCJCh34T_u3DqeABaeRDGM_85edF8LXbKylH4A?e=eI2h62> recorded at the Abberior seminar before the demo last year (the subject of sample prep starts around 18 minutes into the video).
Best,
Lin
