[WTI-trainee] Join Us for APHINE’s Semester Kickoff & Neuro AI and the Philosophy of Neuroscience

Hello!

We’re excited to announce the start of a new academic semester with the
APHINE (Applied Philosophy In Neuroscience) Journal Club!

*📅 When:* Every Wednesday at 5:30 PM
*📍 Where:* 100 College, 11th floor, Room 1135
📝 *What:* Formed in the summer of 2022, APHINE is a weekly
interdisciplinary journal club where we discuss papers spanning
neuroscience, philosophy, and psychology. The meetings are informal and
open to participants from any background. (We also provide dinner at the
end!)

Our *first meeting* will take place next *Wednesday**, September 3rd at
5:30 PM*, and it will be a special *social and journal club kickoff*. We’ll
introduce the club, explain how it works, and enjoy some time together
with *food
and drinks provided*. Please note this kickoff will be held in *Room
1116* instead
of our usual room.

Afterwards, our weekly discussions will begin, with our first thematic
block focused on:
*🧠 Neuro AI,* exploring the intersections between neuroscience, artificial
intelligence, and philosophy.

We welcome returning members and newcomers alike, no prior experience is
required.
