[WTI-trainee] WTI student-postdoc peer mentoring

Hi everyone,

The WTI SPPC is launching a mentor-matching initiative that will pair
junior trainees (e.g., postgrads and PhD students) with more senior
trainees (e.g., postdocs and senior grad students).

The goal for this program is to pair mentees with compatible mentors who
can provide unbiased and friendly guidance as we navigate the many
obstacles we face. Having someone to confide in who is slightly further
along in their careers can be an extremely valuable resource and can lead
to long lasting relationships.
