Dear Research Community,

We are pleased to announce the fourth iDISCO Tissue Clearing Workshop, sponsored by the Kavli NSI, which will be held at The Rockefeller University. This is an excellent opportunity to learn all the necessary steps for tissue clearing experiments and unbiased whole mount immunolabelling based analysis. The original developers of the iDISCO+/ClearMAP pipelines will run the workshop.

Dates:  April 14-19, 2025

Capacity:  25-30 attendees selected from applications

Instructors:  Nicolas Renier, Zhuhao Wu, Pablo Ariel, Cristopher Kirst

Organizers: Marc Schneeberger-Pane and Han Tan

Goals:
Learn the iDISCO/AdipoClear Clearing Methods and analysis possibilities using CLEARMAP, VESSELMAP and IMARIS
Understand the new user friendly open source interface
Troubleshoot specific problems experienced by users in the past
Privileged access to latest updates on the protocol
